Jo Han: Rasheed, as I said, I like to give simple answers as well and quite frankly, there’s only one thing that I think that a person must do in order to run a successful internet business, and this is the uber principle that separates the successful from the not so successful on the internet.

It only boils down to one simple principle but of course you can dig deeper into the other components but I want to talk about this principle first.
